The visiting charge covers the technician's time and diagnosis. This fee is non-refundable once the inspection is complete, even if no repair is performed.
Spare parts installed are non-refundable. If a part fails within the warranty period (as specified on your bill), we will replace it free of cost.
We offer a standard warranty on repairs (e.g., 30-90 days depending on the service). Refunds for service charges are not provided once the work is completed and accepted by the customer.
